I’m not anti cap, but I do wish that the orcas like my boy Tilikum would get retired or something after a certain amount of years…. It just seems like they work until they die. Submitted by Anon.

*Editor’s Note: Tilikum is semi-retired, in the sense that not only does he only perform when he wants to, but even if he does want to perform he won’t perform in more than 2 or 3 shows a day. As of right now, Tilikum has not performed since July, though as to whether or not that is due to his health or just him not wanting to perform is unknown.

I feel like a lot of people only started to like SeaWorld since “Believe” started. Submitted by Anon.

I think half of the people on Tumblr who say they are going to be trainers are too immature to actually be trainers. The job is much more than the individual. Submitted by Anon.

Anonymous asked: isn't this blog just copying whatweloveaboutseaworld? how many of these blogs do we need
Nope, it’s not. Whatweloveaboutseaworld talks about things that people love about SeaWorld (obviously) whereas this is a confession blog-basically, people can submit whatever they would like to confess about SeaWorld, so they could be good things/bad things/stories/exc. There is a difference between the 2.
You’re free to submit as many confessions as you like, and anon confessions are welcome as well!

I am anti-captivity but ever since I first saw her when I was a little girl, I’ve adored captive born Orkid. She is so smart and strong and I just love her. She would never have been conceived in the wild. Submitted by Delphine.

I kind of want to give up my dream of becoming a trainer because I wasn’t born in the U.S and obtaining a visa is almost impossible. I feel like by the time I get there, If I do, I’ll be too old. Submitted by Anon.
